Other things to note
We are currently in the process of developing another house next door that we are moving out of our house into from 1st August. We havent yet de-cluttered Foxhall Farm, so thats why there are no internal photos as of yet. Also, hot tub being fit next week, so photos of outside to follow too. To maange expectations, There is a telephone mast half way down the half mile drive and electric pylons at the bottom of the front field which spoil the view a bit, you wont notice or care, but worth a mention in case anyone is offended by that kind of thing, on the positive, the phone signal is good, and we never get power cuts :-). If you turn right out of our drive, and walk to the end of the road, there is one on the most amazing picturesque walks in the entire country. It is remarkably quiet as no one knows about it, but soo soo good for walkers, mountain bikes, and pony trekkers. You can walk all the way along to the White Horse at Sutton bank, Lake Gormire (worth a trip just to see that!) or my favourite, a 2 hour walk to the Owl Inn at Harmby that do the bet Sunday dinner ever. Our local village pub, the Dog & Gun at Knayton Serves award winning food Friday -Sunday (BOOK!!!!) and has burger & Pizza nights mid week. A Coffee van parks there on a weekend too. It is a 10 minute walk into the village as we are on the top of the hill looking down. You need to try The Carpenters Arms in Felixkirk, owned by the owner of Morrisons, the food is just awesome. We are very lucky with food, you could eat out in a different spectalcuar restaurant locally every day for a month without repitition! If you would like a baby sitter, Becky Wilson charges £12 per hour and is an experienced child minder with DBS. Her details will be in the handbook on site.
